Hi, I'm (DJ) Darrick.
I'm the owner and operator of A1Washing. I'm here to take exterior cleaning off your to-do list, saving you time on the little things so you can focus on what matters most.
My background in property management has shown me how much curb appeal matters. I understand the pride you take in your home and the first impression your property makes on residents, guests, and customers.
That's the perspective I bring to every job. From a driveway that needs a fresh start to the shared spaces at a property you manage, I handle the work personally and care about the details.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Before you book.
What's the difference between pressure and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses water pressure to clean surfaces such as concrete. Soft washing uses lower pressure and a cleaning solution for surfaces that need gentler treatment. The material and its condition determine which method we use.
Will every stain come out?
Some stains can be removed. Others, especially oil that has soaked into concrete, may only lighten. Send a photo and we'll discuss what to expect.
Can I schedule regular commercial cleaning?
Yes. We can discuss a recurring schedule for storefronts, common areas, dumpster pads, and other exterior spaces.
What do you need for an estimate?
Your location, photos of the area, and what you'd like cleaned. An approximate size helps, but it's fine if you don't know it. Mention any access restrictions or preferred dates.
How do you price exterior cleaning?
We look at square footage, the surface, buildup, and access. You'll receive an estimate for your job before we schedule the work.
How does monthly bin cleaning work?
Choose one, two, or three bins for one cleaning each month. Send your address and trash pickup day. We'll check route availability and confirm timing with you.
Does requesting an estimate book an appointment?
No. We confirm the work, price, and date with you before booking.
